The camps are international (the coaching will be conducted in English, German and Scandinavian depending on place and participants) and open to swimmers, triathletes and “want to be a swimmer” in all ages and levels. The camps focus on improving technique (trough videofilming over and under water), improving speed and general conditioning. The camps also include sessions in fitness studio and seminars on training, competition and mental preparation. For more information on the camps please send an email.

Swim training is not only swimming back and forth in the pool….
Another Glen Christiansen International Masters Camp has started! For us it is important that everybody feels welcome and that they can participate and benefit from our camps. We believe everyone has something to learn and can enjoy our camps regardless of age or swimming level. This time two extremes meet, a living proof that it is true! “The Beauty”; Barbro Thörnelöf 84 years young, training together with “The Beast” Peter Edvardsson 30 years old Swedish Champion last Friday in the 4 x 200m freestyle (split 1.49,8) yesterday in the wonderful T3 pool. Both benefitting from our camp and having fun together. Swimming is a great sport!

The February Camp on Tenerife is now fully booked! 22 swimmers from all over Europe (France, Germany, Sweden, England, Italy, Ireland and Spain) coming to train under the sun at the best training place in the world for swimming: www.tenerifetoptraining.com.
